Accommodations With Victorian Charm: The 1891 Warren Village Inn is a bed & breakfast thoroughly restored to the splendor of the Victorian age. Situated in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the 1891 Warren Village Inn offers you the chance to slip back in time. The rooms are tastefully decorated with period appropriate furniture and each feature ornate door and window trim and rosettes, most of which are original to the building. Tight grained fir was used throughout the building with oak being used in special areas such as the living room. The common areas are decorated with period appropriate wallpaper. Stay Cool and Comfortable: While the White Mountains generally offer wonderful cool breezes during the summer, there are times when it can be quite warm. Unlike most Inns and bed and breakfasts, the 1891 Warren Village Inn boasts air conditioning in each room, allowing you to relax, and sleep in comfort. For those guests who want to catch up on the news or weather, there is a TV in the living room of the Inn for this purpose. We can provide you with a phone for your room for local calls. Calling cards are available to purchase if you wish to make long-distance calls, or you may use your own calling card. We also now have Satellite Internet Service which enabled us to create a wireless network at the Inn. For those of you who do not have a wireless card, we also have a hardwired outlet or we can loan you a wireless network card.
(click for larger image)	This room is handicap-access with a seat in the new imported Spanish tile shower and an elevated toilet. The room was originally the dining room for the Frank Clement family. It features a lovely parquet floor, tin ceiling, and a built-in china cabinet with drawers. A pencil-post Queen-size bed compliments the setting for this room.

The walls are colonial green, which compliments the original dark fir woodwork. There is a large walk-in closet, and the private bathroom has a hydra-bath tub/shower.

The walls are painted rich burgundy which compliments the dark fir window and door trim. This room has a private bath with a large new shower with imported Spanish tile.

Room Rates: EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2007 Friday and Saturday - $110 & 8% tax per room/per night Weekdays - Sunday through Thursday (2-night minimum) - $99 & 8% tax per room/per night Price includes Continental breakfast on weekdays; full breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast: The 1891 Warren Village Inn features breakfast served in the first floor dining room overlooking the farmer's porch. Weather-permitting, you may wish to have your breakfast on the porch. Choose from the hot breakfast entrée of the day or a selection of cereals, breads, juices, bagels and english muffins. CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM - unless specific arrangements have been made for a different check-in time. CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, there will be a $20 per room per night fee. If you cancel within (14) days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay (including tax) unless we are able to re-rent your room(s), except as follows: If you cancel your reservations for any holidays, college or high-school graduations, area camp parents weekends, or fall foliage, a 30-day cancellation notice is required. For these weekends, if your cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your reservation date, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent your room(s). We diligently try to re-rent cancelled rooms so a prompt call to us regarding a cancellation on your behalf is very important to both us and persons looking for lodging.
